A day after walking out of the plenary of the Senate, Sen. Miriam Defensor Santiago has once again hit the headline.
Undeniably, she is disgusted on the proceeding of the Senate hearing on the alleged corruption on some construction firms that were blacklisted by the World Bank.
If words could kill, there could have been a massacre inside the Senate hearing yesterday. Her words were fearlessly strong. She is undoubtably in her element.
I admire how passionately she hates graft and corruptions in the government. With no doubt, Sen. Miriam D. Santiago is very much needed inside the Senate. She remains to be the strong lady I have high regards of … the presidentiable I elected on 1992.
